“Be your client’s Provider not their bill collector”
Introducing Our Clinic.
At Prestige Medical Billing we believe you have the privilege of being your client’s provider, not their bill collector. Having a billing company facilitate the financial aspect of your relationship with your client, will allow you to focus on treatment and not on dollars. With over 20 years’ experience, our staff can provide relief that is necessary for you to achieve that goal.
For a provider, making the decision to outsource your billing can be overwhelming and stressful. Relying on someone you have never met, to correctly bill your services, can be scary. We at Prestige, understand that the services we provide impact providers ability to keep their office running and to pay their rent. We want to try and set your nerves at ease. We know it’s hard to gauge how much a biller knows by just talking with them, give our staff the opportunity to demonstrate our knowledge and experience in the billing field.
Prestige believes in representing the provider and the patient. We are ready to fight for your claims. Allow Prestige to spend the time and effort collecting on your accounts.

Leslie grew up here in Monroe, WA. She has always been a big family person! Absolutely could be with family all day. She loves being outside especially in the fall, it’s her favorite time of the year. She’s a girl mom, which she considers the best thing ever! She started her career at Pro Appliance where she worked as a receptionist. She loved communicating with others and being helpful, this is why she chose to work as a receptionist at Prestige Medical billing, because it’s a very calming environment and she loves greeting people as they come in and out. Eventually she would love to learn more and be promoted.
Candice grew up as a military brat and traveled all around the world. However, her primary home for 16 years was Cabot, Arkansas. Living in a small town she shared English class with her future husband their Senior year of high school, but they never spoke to each other. It took college for Candice and her husband to finally connect.
Shelbi started her career in the medical field while she was still in high school, working as a physical therapy aide/receptionist. She worked her way up to Assistant Office Manager at the PT clinic, where she had many responsibilities, including billing for both PT and massage therapy. After moving to Monroe with her husband, she worked as an Installation Coordinator but knew that she wanted to get back into medical billing. This is when she began working for Prestige as a Billing Account Manager. Over the course of 4 years working at Prestige, she was promoted to Billing Manager before leaving to travel internationally with her husband for two years. Missing the billing field, her hope was to work for Prestige again because of the amazing staff/management and her love of all things billing related. Our paths crossed at the perfect time and Shelbi was back working for PMBC as a New Account Setup Specialist and ERA/EFT Administrator. In her free time, Shelbi enjoys spending time with her husband and family and traveling.
Shannon has called the Monroe area home for almost her whole life. She is a true Washington girl, does not mind the rain, hates the heat, and looks forward to our beautiful fall days.
After working close to 20 years in the mortgage industry, Sandy decided it was time for a career change. She attended Bellevue College for her medical billing and coding certifications. Then she earned her CMRS and CPC-A. She has always had an interest in the medical field and is excited to be working in the healthcare industry. With a love for puzzles Sandy finds this a great place to utilize her skillset. Sandy has three wonderful children and one amazing grandson. She loves spending time with her family, golfing, cross-country skiing when the snow allows and curling up with a good book.
David began his career with Premera in 1980 and in 20 years there worked his way up from a Document Control Clerk (he stapled a lot!) to a Claims Processor, Biller and eventually a User Acceptance Tester. He then moved on to a career in Medical Billing. He began working for a community health care center in Seattle. Looking to move upwards he took a job as a Billing Manager for a retina specialist for about 10 years and then moved on to an ear, nose and throat practice, apparently wanting to cover the whole head. Along that path he recently joined us as our Billing Manager in November of 2020.
Dottie began her career in 1998 as an Office Manager for a large Chemical Dependency Counseling Agency. She moved into the billing department in 1999 and found her true calling. Always being referred to as a “Rule Keeper” and being good with numbers, Dottie found herself at home in the medical billing field. She helped manage state and federal contracts, developing the billing process for Snohomish County Youth Drug court program (CDDA) when it was developed in the early 2000’s. After working for four years in chemical dependency Dottie took a position as a Billing manager with Northwest Family Life (domestic violence counseling agency for perpetrators and victims). Dottie found her purpose here, realizing that her support of mental health providers, was building healthier communities for all of us. After leaving Northwest Family Life, Dottie helped run a medium size mental health group in Marysville for 5 years while she built them a outsource billing company.
Megan is a graduate from Bellevue College with a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management. She has certificates in medical billing and coding, as well as office administration. She has a strong interest in revenue cycle management and is dedicated to helping our providers look for ways to streamline their business practices. We hosted Megan as an intern and ecstatic when she decided to return as an employee. Megan works alongside Dottie, Cindy and our billing manager to help facilitate EDI, ERA and EFT enrollment. She also works with our clearinghouse and other venders to ensure our systems run smoothly. Megan’s office administration and organizational skills are a true asset to PMBC.
Ramona’s childhood was spent in a Korean household in northern California. After graduating high school, she joined the U.S. Navy in 2010 and separated in 2018. While serving active duty, Ramona spent her time increasing her skills as an administrator and office manager. After the military, Ramona began attending school full-time, volunteered as an EMT at a fire department for 2 years, and worked part-time as a chemistry lab assistant for Tacoma Community College. Ramona remains a full-time student while working as PMBC’s Executive Assistant. Although soft-spoken, Ramona is determined to provide quality service and care to providers. During her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, and being with family.
Kerrie is just a California girl in a Washington world! Kerrie and her family moved to Washington in 2018 and they are still finding new places to explore!
Born and raised in Louisiana, Kathy is a Southern Belle at heart who has worked in the medical field since she was 16 years old. Her job first began as a customer service representative for an ophthalmology clinic and she eventually became an ophthalmic technician. After about 15 years, she decided to transition into the insurance billing field where she eventually became the supervisor for that same clinic. Her medical billing knowledge is vast, with experiences ranging in areas such as family practice, orthopedic surgery, home health, and finally mental health billing.
Morgan graduated from High School and immediately joined the Medical field where she worked full time as a receptionist for a Pediatric Clinic. This is where she truly found her love for the medical field. After graduating from Everest College in 2013, she continued her work at the pediatric clinic as a Medical Assistant. After starting a family, Morgan decided to stay home with her kids to focus on her children and home life. She picked up photography, and really enjoyed doing things as a family like camping, hiking, and vacationing together. Although she loves her kids more than anything, Morgan decided to get back into the working field, and that’s when she found us at PMBC. She started out as our receptionist, and quickly grew into her role as an Office Manager. Morgan aspires to start Bellevue College soon to begin schooling to get her Office Administration and Medical Billing and Coding Certificates. She believes the sky is not the limit, it’s just the beginning.
Cyndi began her Medical Billing journey by attending Everest College and graduating top of her class in 2011. Right after graduation, she quickly began working part-time with Acupuncture Billing for 6 years while working a full-time position in Eatonville as a Laboratory Biller for almost 4 years. With her amazing talent for finding answers, solving any problems she comes across, and her willingness to jump in whenever help is needed, she felt it appropriate timing to become PMBC’s Billing Advocate Lead and New Provider Account Specialist. Cyndi has 2 amazing kids that are all grown up now and they both have made her a Grandma! In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, going to the beach on a sunny day to watch the sunset, and curling up with her cats and dog on cold days.
